If you you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment you have a two options:

​

  • You can reach out to your clinician directly using the contact number they provided to you. 
     

  • Or you can send your clinician a Message via your Therapy Appointment Client Portal.  Below is the general link for the TA Client Portal where you can log in to send a Message.

 

​Cancellations must be received 48 hours prior to your appointment date and time.  Otherwise, a No Show Fee may apply.
